Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules, 2023 stating net quantity shall be declared by WEIGHT w.e.f. 01.01.2024

Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules, 2023 to come in force on 1st December, 2024. These Rules introduces defination of "combination package", "group package", "multi-piece package", also states that net quantity shall be declared by WEIGHT, among other changes.
