1. Definitions:

  • "Company" refers to IVPA . 
  • "Buyer" refers to the purchasing entity.
  • "Product" refers to the vegetable oil products supplied by the Company.

2. Orders and Acceptance:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

3. Price and Payment:

  • Prices are quoted in Rupees and are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery:
